I started a new training schedule

I started a new training schedule this week that I received from my boyfriend. This I'm going to try for the next 6 weeks to hold and to share with you the progress.

The schedule is focused mostly on legs, buttocks and abdomen but also back biceps and triceps

On Monday I do legs and buttocks:

Muscle group/exercise Reps/sets/kilo

Glutes/quad

Squadsbar 4 sets of 12 50-60 kg

Glutes/quad

Bridge bar 4 sets of 15 18 kg

Glutes/quad

Lunges bar 3 sets of 20 30-40 kg

Glutes

One legged kick back 3 sets of 20

Glutes

Side lying abduction 4 sets of 20

Glutes

Flutter kicks

Glute Kickback band 3 sets of 30 One after another Without a break

Deep squats

Belly

Crunch 2 sets of 30

Russian twist 2 sets of 60

AB roller 1 set of 10

Planking 1 min one ather another without a break

When I got my schedule I thought of this is felt I'm going to show you what I can. Because my friend kept saying this don't you insist this is heavier than you think.

I have held during the work out how it went.

After the first exercise already demolished can barely more squat and bend over before the pain in my upper legs. Somewhere, I am surprised I have not been around for a while no longer as well my squads carried out with 50 kilos. I am made up of 30 to 50 kg because I already a few weeks no longer have done.

Bridge bar went great also if only 18 kg now I can do lunges, omg I hope I that Don do me legs still super very much. Bryan says that this schedulee the 1 time I'm not going to draw but I'm going to give him wrong lay day is my favorite day! Even though I don't know if I'm going to draw else do the lunges I have some less kg than normal.

OMG I'm going to those 3e set really not pulling though. I'm totally broke while I do only 30 kg. I hope that tomorrow I can still walk.

Bryan just came to have a look how it went with me so could my last set not skipping. But have it anyway!! I'm super proud of me already I think now that my legs no longer love me so much haha. Right now I'm full of energy and I know I can to this schedule.

Shit one leg kick back is one of my favorite exercises and I pulled it just above my legs are broken so had to of the heaviest elastic to the lightest to my exercise yet.

Side leg abductian done. I have never done this exercise but plenty of people see it. I have it but done with a 5 kg weight but think I can the next time heavier but would the exercise now just fine. I found out that this exercise works a lot better that you your knee bent a little keep instead of with a straight leg.

I now prefer to eat delicious stop home showering and sleeping, but I have to run this tranig and not give up. I just 3 x 30 sec flutter kicks done that is as easier than counting haha. Instead of the exercise on your back with your legs to do a piece of the ground did I put it on a bench and then lie on my stomach so that you also have your abdominal muscles straining and you must exercise what makes heavier than normal.

Damn even glute kickback band was suddenly heavily while I exercise normally 4 x a week. All my favorite exercises let me at this time. I can't wait for this 6 weeks for its.

My last ABDOMINAL exercises are to come. And I actually hate to my stomach to train because that muscle pain is so terrible.

Damn that feeling of all those crunches are horrible. Boards went easier than expected I have the minute though divides into 2 x 30 but I think next week I might be that whole minute in a time full of love. Well the worst exercise for the last preserved because I don't want to have and because I can not. AB roller. I have always a problem and Yes this time too. Have less than 6 can do and the last time I no longer even came up. Bryan can forget that I'm going to do this more often.

I am glad that Bryan and I will cycle back on should be and none have to do if I still may cycling I fall I think really haha.

Believe me this tranig was really incredibly heavy.

It's now 2days later and I can still barely walk. I have skipped training yesterday because I don't even off the couch could come without dying from the pain.

Tonight I'm going to try the weather and then the back and legs. Even though I don't know if I'm going to do those legs also since I could come just from my bed this morning haha.

Before you takes over this schedule, remember at after that I already 2 years train. I train about 2 to 4 times a week and among guidance. I have everything built up, if I would take over this and just have started or many things here by not so often have done. Halve the number of sets and especially the weights then.
